Here is a cliff notes for you:
When starting my business, I wanted to be sure I invested in legal protections – including sound legal contracts. After hearing about the LawTog’s contracts, I researched them and invested in wedding, portrait, model call, and commercial licensing contract and model release bundles. I’m so glad I did!! When having them reviewed by a local business & contract attorney in my city, the attorney (a very experienced contract attorney in my state) only had to make minor tweaks to a couple of provisions to bring them in line with local state requirements. A couple of years later, I relocated across country to a new state. I again hired a local attorney in my new state to do a new contract review. She, too, only had to make very minor tweaks to bring the terms in line with local state laws. Its a relief to have such these contracts in place. They are one of the best investments I have made in my business.
Wish I would have found this site two years ago. 🙂 Definitely helping in places I was lacking in my contract, and I didn’t even realize it.
… ahhh we love you too!
