When does the course start?

Upon enrollment!  You get access to Module 1 right away, with access to subsequent modules on a weekly basis.

 

How long is the course?

The course is six modules with each Module timed for a calendar week from the enrollment date.  You will receive an additional module every week, while keeping access for all previous modules too!  You will have LIFETIME access from date of registration.

All dates and deadlines are on Eastern Time.

 

How do I get 1:1 feedback? 

All Q&A for the course modules will be submitted and answered in the Exclusive BizRevamp Student Community.  There are specific threads for each module, but other questions can also be asked within the community for your fellow students’ input.

 

Do I get to keep the handouts?

YES! I strongly recommend you download and work on all downloadable content throughout the modules. You also get the audio files as well!

 

Are contracts included?

No contract templates are included with the course.

 

Do you restrict enrollment?

I do not have a market exclusivity structure set up.  These tools are available to everyone – remember *you are your biggest competitor*!!

 

How does payment plan work?
You will automatically be charged monthly from date of enrollment – you can change your payment method in the Student Center after enrollment.  You can view your total payments on your invoice + in the student center.

Payment plans are 7 monthly payments of $99/month.

Any available discount codes only discount the first monthly payment.

 

What happens if my card is declined?

You will receive a reminder email but access is suspended until payment is fixed.   If you fail to continue payments legal action may be taken. You will simply log into “My Account” and update the financial information,  the system will then run the card after a verification time period has passed, and your access will be restored upon successful completion of payment.

If your account fails to be brought current within a reasonable about of time, your account may be sent to collections.  Payment plans are not subscriptions – they are contracts for the listed amount of money and time outlined on the checkout page.  If your account becomes delinquent, you may be removed from all TheLawTog and affiliated course/site access.

 

What if I need a refund?

All enrollments are final and are non-refundable.

 

Is this only for American businesses?

While the legal information (taxes, structures, contracts) are on US law there is lots of client management, workflow and business planning that can translate across to all countries.  If you are a photographer outside the US, the policies may be implemented for your business. US Federal Copyright laws would not apply. Always consult an attorney.
